that's more than i'm making, and i'm doing nothing in NYC... altho alot of people make more than i do, esp. in NYC, but still! lucky girl... tell her that you demand some commission, because you are older and have inadvertently given her some wisdom that she must have used to get this job...

Dude, that's almost as much as I get each paycheck, except mine only comes twice a month! And I'm a full-time salaried employee! Which means that I must kill her!

I like Matt's point, I think that younger siblings should be forced to remit about 10% of their earnings. I think that should be a law. We need a dictatorship of the oldest

$3000...erm...multiply by something or other, divide by whatsit...that's...�1700 a month.

Bloody hell. That's a proper salary. That's about the average UK salary, give or take. Students nowadays, eh? I had to live on �500 a semester when I was at uni.

Good luck to her, though. Certainly not an offer anyone would refuse.
