I am really excited about this Economic Stimulus Garbage that's going on, because I am such a miserly hoarder of my money that it gives me pleasure to be given money with the intent that it should be spent freely on frivolous, economically-stimulating spending. When I get my tax refunds every year, I think, "Wheeee! Free money! What shall I blow it on?" and then I end up putting it into savings "for a rainy day", which I never spend, no matter how rainy the day is, because my imagination always assumes that things will get worse and there will...

I dreamt I went to a coffee shop where Jamelah was my barista. She made me my drink, set it in front of me, then said, "I can't sell this to you." I was really annoyed because the drink was within reach and she was denying me! She said it was because she couldn't make change for whatever I had (how did you know I didn't have any small bills, Jamelah? How did you know?). Then she wouldn't accept my credit card. I have no friggin' clue how the stock market works. I have no friggin' clue how time travel works. Money and time make my brain hurt, because they're both the kind of thing that can be measured... but that doesn't really exist.
