Manhattan at No. 9, New York City at No. 15. Um, same place, basically. Plus Long Island and Bergen County, NJ is on the list, which means... just live in the New York City metro region, and get it over with.
Plus, not a single California or Florida city? I'm thinking this list is shoddy to the core.

And yet...Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Richmond. You can't get a lot more humidity than we have in Virginia!
As someone who has lived in the St. Louis area, I can't see you there.
