The hero/ Under the stairs is now the man who holds/ Our last true prayer
Listening to Harry Potter books-on-tape while driving seems like a good idea, until you're driving in the rain at the end of Deathly Hallows and you have to see through two levels of moisture. I don't have windshield wipers for my tears!

Good news: I was actually sad when Dobby died this time. Apparently Jim Dale's narration added something to the story that was not there when The Voice Inside Srah's Head was reading the book last summer.
Is it 2010 yet?

Yes. He should be saving Harry by taking him away in his TARDIS, not trying to kill him!

I've been listening to Book 6 while driving and plan on listening to Book 7 next. I must say, Jim Dale surprises me... Sometimes his interpretation or a particular voice he has used for a character is very different from my experience reading the book. And the voice he uses for female characters is quite amusing. I laugh during these parts.

Ooh, Jim Dale's narrating?! This might finally get me on the Harry Potter bandwagon, even though I've already been spoiled for just about everything that happens in the series.
There was a scene with Barty Crouch, Jr. in that video. Those scenes weird me out now.
