Pardon my dust
I'm upgrading to Movable Type 3.2. It has several new features (including the return of unlimited free weblogs!) as well as a few minor annoyances and things that aren't as good as the old one. Overall, though, it seems to be an improvement.
I'm also changing to a new way of archiving my posts and as a result, the Search function doesn't seem to be working properly. I'm working on it!

I'm interested to hear how that goes for ya. I've been ... uh, okay, I've been too lazy to do the upgrade so far.
I've also been wondering about how easy (or not) it would be to set it up so all my old archive links forward to the new links if I were to change the archive link style (like you just did). I know there are ways to do it, but it sounds difficult.
I, personally, fully support you in this upgrade.
