Can you hear the drums, Fernando?

Tonight is the fateful night Pato crosses the Rio Grande. I dropped him off at the airport this morning, and he should now be on the way to Dallas, then off to Mexico to dig things up. As I drove away, I had the same guilty feeling as last time I dropped him off at an airport. Did he make it in the airport okay? Did he find his group? Is he wandering around the airport, lost and confused, crying out my name, and forsaking me for leaving him all alone????

Both. But it's so scary! He's going off to a furren country! And he doesn't even speak the language! I had to teach him Spanish in the car on the way there. He was very grateful.

And yes we are.
