The Monday Mission
1. Ever had a love that you still think of as "the one that got away?" What's the story there? No. I'm glad that the one that got away got away. Heh.
2. What was the last book that you finished reading cover-to-cover? I believe it was David Sedaris' Barrel Fever. Last one I can think of, anyway.
3. Did you ever get up and walk out of a movie? Which one and why? I walked out of The Limey because I thought it was violent and I hated the main character. It helped that I was seeing it for free, so I didn't feel like I was wasting my money.
4. If we were to go out dancing, what song would you want me to ask the DJ to play as I slipped him a $20? Promo always wants to take me dancing and to the movies. I would like to hear... The Chicken Dance. That's what you get for taking me out, Promo.
5. What was the coolest toy you had when you were a kid? Hmmm. I liked Lincoln Logs and Legos.
6. When was the last time you felt lonely? I've felt lonely for short periods of time at school when everyone was busy and I was alone. But the last time I remember feeling really alone was last Valentine's Day in Nîmes when I was spending my February holiday traveling all by myself. It was Valentine's Day and I had no Valentine, no friends with me, my family was across the ocean, and my host family was back in Grenoble.
7. Do you have any minor anal-retentive character traits? Enough that I can't think of one at the moment. They are bursting out my ears but I can't think of one off the top of my head. Interesting anatomical mixed metaphors. Oooh! Just thought of one - I have to sit facing the door or the rest of the room in restaurants. I don't like to be snuck up upon.
BONUS: Can't you see what I mean? For some reason I suddenly feel like eating cats...
