Take heart, for Mrs. Pankhurst has been clapped in irons again
Happy Elizabeth Cady Stanton Day! There don't seem to be any movies about Elizabeth Cady Stanton, so instead I will share with you a movie I watched recently about the later generations of suffragists who picked up where she left off.
(I don't think this is actually a very good trailer, in that it doesn't tell you a lot about what the movie is about or how moving it is. You may want to watch this section of the film as well.)
If you have an opportunity to watch this, I recommend you do so!
