I wish I could bake a cake filled with rainbows and smiles and everyone would eat and be happy

Happy National Cake Day! I baked my first cake around 1990-91, then there was a long gap. I don't remember baking another cake until 2004 or so. In the last couple of years, I have developed an interest in cake experimentation, especially when experimentation involves combining booze and cakes. Here are some of the cakes I have baked in the past:
