La aref!
I haven't written anything in Arabic for a while. I am sort of unmotivated. My tutor/student worker suggested that if I'm not feeling challenged, I could ask the teacher for some extra work. Ha ha! No. I am too lazy for that. Instead I will challenge myself by leaving my homework until the very last moment (frequently the morning before I go to work, sometimes later) and end up trying to do the exercise a couple of answers ahead as we go along in class to see if I can get away with it. Often I do.
Anyway, I'm still plugging away. I can talk to you about my family, some school subjects, a few feelings and, most recently, the weather. And this could have not come at a better time, because right now
أشعر بطيبة لان الجو في مدينتي برد جدا!
And now I am even sadder because not only is the weather cold, but converting Arabic to Unicode is a pain!
