NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Isidore is sick.

Isidore is sick.

Isidore is Blue Screen of Death-style sick.

I am frightened.

I am at work after hours so I can use their Internet to take my Jeopardy! test and find Dell's tech support phone number (oh joy) and reconfigure my email addresses so that I can read email over the web.

It is sad times around here. I hope my poor baby (who is now almost three years old, or "ancient" in laptop years) will pull through.

I had never heard the phrase "The blue screen of death" until last week when my own computer was ill. Fortunately I live with my own "geek squad" who resolved the matter in short order. May your problems be solved as quick!

"Gell Well Soon Isidore!"

If you need support from the company that your boyfriend and I work for, there is a way that we can help (I think). Let me know and I can look into it.

That's all very mysterious and exciting. Right now it seems I have to locate a Windows XP disc and I can't find mine right now. :(

Can't you download the windows XP info at work and drop it on a CD for Isidore?

I don't think we have an XP disk at work here. IT just installs things for us and takes the disk away. :(

My name is Brad and I work at Dell Headquarters in Round Rock, TX. I came across your blog and saw that you described an issue with your Dell system. Please contact me back at the email address below and I will help you in any way that I can.
