I'm not a cheese person, but from time to time I enjoy a plate of varied cheese and try them all (well, most of them, not the REALLY stinky ones). I like that one soft cheese with walnuts, but I forgot the name.
And manchego cheese. Yummy.

I like cheese. Cheese is good! When I lived in Italy and was broke and hungry all the time, Emily and I used to sit at the kitchen table with a block of parmesan and slice off chunks and eat it. I don't recommend Parmesan that way, really.

Oh, Gruyère, definately. The real kind, though. At the grocery sometimes they try to pass this soft Jarlesburg-type stuff off as Gruyère, but don't let them fool you! It must be hard as a rock and grainy, or it is not authentic!!

I love all cheese except swiss and sometimes blue. It depends on the situation - I like muenster on burgers but gouda on crackers.
