I just couldn't get into The Office, though I really enjoy British comedy usually. Ah well.

For x-mas, I got KNIVES! Lovely, wonderful, GERMAN knives! Ahem. And some fab cookbooks, a new backpack, clothing items, bakeware, a few CDs, and other wonderful things I can't recall at present.

But the KNIVES! Yea!

I got geek toys. A 5.1 megapixel digital camera and an iRobot Roomba robotic vacuum cleaner. And also a garlic press (yay!) and The West Wing Season 3 on DVD. And a gift card to Lowe's. I'm quite pleased.

I got big, expensive birthday presents back in October that were big and expensive enough to count as birthday+christmas presents. Boo. :(

Also, I got a new skirt (black and stylish, what else?), some yummy-smelling peppermint foot scrub, a pretty lavendar candle with cast-iron candleholder, and a put of paperwhite bulbs to plant.

Like jamelah, I got about a million different kinds of lotion, soap, etc. Mostly from people at work. Since I'm still pretty new there, it's really the only gift (read: safe gift) for everybody to give me.
