Just a wee bit bitter...
As you may know, the Ryder Cup is being held in Detroit this year. What you may not know is that one arm of the company I worked for this summer is doing a hospitality-fundraiser-thing for the Ryder Cup and that the first project I had this summer was to make a website featuring some of the ticket and hospitality packages they were shilling.
A project which I did, handily, in under a week, asking my project-supervisor for feedback along the way and being summarily ignored. A project which, I assume, never had any point at all except to keep me busy, as I can't seem to find it online anywhere*.
This was the frustrating beginning to my time there and so you may understand when I tell you that every time I hear the words "Ryder Cup" I want to scream.
This morning, my mummy was listening to WJR and called me out for a special treat. For not only were they discussing the Ryder Cup on the radio, they were interviewing my boss. What a beautiful start to my morning it was to hear the combined melody of his voice and "Ryder Cup Ryder Cup Ryder Cup."
–––––
* Not that this is unusual, as I doubt very much that anything I did this summer will be used or taken into account at all - I have just noticed they haven't even reserved the domain name yet for the project I spent the last part of my summer on.

You sound a leetle bitter.
Listening to WJR causes brain damage.
