The Friday Five

1. What do you do for a living?
My current part-time job doesn't (and couldn't) support me in the style to which I have become accustomed. So for a "living" I am a student, in that I am doing this so that I can one day earn a living.

2. What do you like most about your job?
I enjoy learning and being around similar-minded people. I like thinking that I will one day have a job in this field and figuring out how I will be able to apply what I'm learning.

3. What do you like least about your job?
Bureaucracy and lack of direction or clear structure. I never feel like I really know what's going on in the school and I always find myself wishing people had told me things sooner.

4. When you have a bad day at work it's usually because _____...

• I'm tired


• I can't see any relation between what I'm learning and my own life


• I feel like I'm wasting my time by being there.

5. What other career(s) are you interested in?
I want to be a lion tamer! ... no, I think the other thing that would appeal to me is some sort of international relations - foreign service/diplomacy or international education.
