t r teh surprised!!!1
Matt was really excited about coming over to watch The Princess Bride last night. He had worked out elaborate plans of dressing up marshmallow Peeps as characters from the movie. Unfortunately, it turned out the movie was just a cover for the surprise birthday party we threw him. Poor Matt.
The idea was actually inspired by this post, but I feared that he would think it was the other way around and catch on that something was in the air. But no - he showed up marshmallows in hand, jaw on floor* and out of breath as he tried to blow out what we hadn't realized were trick candles.
It's quite eggs-citing that we managed to keep the secret all that time and that it all came together so well. It egg-ceeded all of our egg-spectations, I think.

Um... that's a variation that I stole from Mr B------ and Keith... "t" is a misspelling of "u".

I still see no connection between T and U, except that U is the letter accessible by the right index finger on a keyboard, and T is accessible by the left index finger, so if someone can't tell their right from their left (for those two letters only), maybe thats what they get? Who knows... i shouldn't even question such a thing... because i don't want to know the real answer ;)

... and i don't think i even know what i looked like -- i was just wondering "why are all these people here to watch the Princess Bride? We didn't buy enough marshmallows..." :)

I have always hated "u" and "r" as shorthand for "you" and "are". How hard is it to type a three-letter word, anyway? Does AOL charge its customers by the character, or something?
Yeah, It's different for SMS, because message length is limited, and the "keyboard" is cumbersome. But if you're sending a short message, and you've got T9 for word entry, you've really got no excuse.
If you really want to drive me insane, use "ur" as a generic substitute for "your" and "you're".

Well, it's actually an instance where my friend Katie and I were making fun of internet slang. And let me tell you, T R teh ghey!
Wow. That version really sucked. I did like the fact that Fezzik was about four Peeps taped together, though.
