this is just to say that i have no long term memory

While I've got your attention, can anyone out there tell me the name and/or author of the poem that starts out "This is just to say..." and then says something about eating someone's sandwich out of the icebox?

I heard it on the radio once and really liked it, but now it's flown out of my brain.
