Not that he was stunning to start with

I was watching a very interesting progam tonight about the war in Iraq. It was a debate between a group of New Yorkers an da group of Jordanians, and they would switch back and forth between NYC and Amman.

I was getting ready for bed and using the TV as background noise when I heard the voice of Wallace Shawn, the actor perhaps best known as Vizzini in The Princess Bride. I wondered what he was doing on the panel and turned to look at the screen. Geez, I thought to myself, Wallace has really let himself go. He looks terrible. Then the identification popped up and it turned out it was Ed Koch, fomer mayor of NYC. It was uncanny. If, for some reason, they want to make a movie about Ed Koch, all Wallace needs is a bit of makeup.
