Strike baseball! Maybe you'll kill it.
The radio keeps getting my hopes up, talking about the impending possibility of a baseball strike. They keep saying that baseball may be finished. Unfortunately, they probably only mean for the season. Ah, the nation's beloved pasttime. Why doesn't it just die? Then we could have something worthwhile on TV.
Maybe this is a local thing - maybe my love for baseball comes from the local team being the Detroit Tigers.
Does anyone like baseball anymore?
