Krista's stories about can-return remind me
Krista's stories about can-return remind me:
Yesterday, before leaving Albion, Boyfriend wanted to return all of his millions of pop cans (This is Michigan, folks. No measley five cents here - we pay a full DIME deposit for our cans and we want that dime back, DAMMIT!) so while I was at it, I stole the millions of bottles that people had left in the I-House recycling area because they were too lazy to take them back to the store (including ours that we hadn't planned on returning). We took them to Felpausch and were loading them into the machine and some joker had left a half-full (I prefer to think of it half-full because it makes my plight sound sadder) bottle of beer in there, which I proceeded to pour all over myself. So I smelled like beer. Yum. Echhhhhhhh.
Then I flooded the engine when I was trying to start my car to drive home but I got scared that it was something worse than that and I thought I was going to have to call a tow truck or AAA or Mommy or whoever one calls in those situations. Wouldn't they have been interested to help this college student stinking of beer drive home?
But I made it home. Woopedy doo.
