My suspicion is that it's based on recent entries rather than entries overall. If you look at my tag cloud, it's nothing like this (although, of course, I don't usually tag things "like").

I like how Brady is one of the words. I am going to assume that is Jan Brady? Also, "meat" and "dirty" seem random, but I can see where they might come from. You are dirty meat.
