Holiday Download Extravaganza: C is for The Cure!
Do you ever sit around the house and wonder what The Cure were up to in 1996? I'll tell you - they were recording the only Cure album that I own: Wild Mood Swings. That's what.

The Cure are a band everyone knows but no one seems to understand. And who really understands them?
For me, I've never really understood how the Cure was always thought of as a goth(ic) band. The whole "Friday I'm in Love" thing just gets on my nerves when I try to think of the Cure as dark and brooding.
Anyway, their album "The Head on the Door" was one of the defining albums of my college years. And that's worth a tip of the hat at least.
Never really listened to the cure I have heard 1 song and I cant remeber the name off hand but it was decent, have a merry christmas and all the best in 2005.
