Holiday Download Extravaganza: Q is for Queen!

I went bowling last weekend with SOCHI and SAA. There were an emcee and a DJ at the bowling alley (he spun, she announced), both of whom were quite awful. I couldn't tell if the emcee was a retarded Australian or a stupid American pretending to be Australian or a stupid American pretending to be British and coming off as vaguely Australian. Anyway, the music they were playing was pretty awful, but we soon caught on that you could request things from them and that once in a blue moon, they would stop with the country music and actually play what you'd asked for or something resembling it that was actually in their collection. They didn't have Hungry Like the Wolf so we had to settle for Rio. They didn't have Lovecats so we had to settle for Friday I'm In Love.

I decided to give them free rein. I went up and asked if they would play "anything by Queen". I like a lot of songs by Queen. I figured they'd pick Bohemian Rhapsody, We Will Rock You or We Are the Champions, all of which would be okaaaay, but I was kind of hoping for something a little less overplayed-in-sporting-venues.

I got something that was less overplayed in sporting venues, but it was Another One Bites the Dust. I hate Another One Bites the Dust, if only because I know the Weird Al version better than the Queen one and always end up singing the wrong lyrics.

Anyway, here's one that's not Another One Bites the Dust and is hardly ever played in any sporting venues I've been to:
