It may or may not have been pooping

Do you remember that one time I fought a bear?

Good.

There is a remote possibility that this may not have happened. However, I've run it past a few people and at least three of them, when asked 'Remember that time I fought a bear?' could remember various intricate details of the bear story, so that I was able to reconstruct that it was Chris' pet polar bear that I met in the woods and that I cried and then stabbed the bastard. The bear, not Chris.

I simply can't believe that these people would lie to me or help me to concoct invented memories, so it must be true.
