Collaborationist
When I'm working in a group, I expect my responsibilities to be Foibles, Hijinks and Baked Goods because if I were my groupmates, I wouldn't trust me with anything important. What do I know about anything, anyway?
So when one of my suggestions or ideas is met with a "Hey, we should do that" or a "Good point!" or someone lets me take charge of a situation rather than gently prying my fingers from the reins, I am constantly surprised and want to inform them of the errors of their ways.
Other than the fact that I seem to always end up in the Crazy Group that is willing to listen to things that I say, I think I actually like group work. My terrible driving need to be liked actually keeps me on task and forces me to have good work habits.

Don't worry, I'd *always* pry your hands from the reins. Don't need to be fallin' in some revine, now.
