Geroosterde kaassandwich
It is The Fall Study Break, so I am at home alone and forced to make my own lunch. I have made grilled cheese sandwiches. Some people make their grilled cheese with cheddar. I, on the other hand, have to make everything into a big exotic production, so I have made one with cantal and another with three-month gouda and they taste... well, they both taste exactly the same as with cheddar.
I suspect that all grilled cheese sandwiches taste like bread fried in butter. Ho hum.
