Retro-srah
Back in the day, fraternities had house mothers. They did things like keep them in line and, because there was a lady in the house, they had to behave themselves and act like gentlemen. Or at least, that's my fantasy. They probably had no more control over the frat boys than we do today.
Let's go throw that idea at Uncle Pete. We could create five or six jobs (aren't there any little old ladies in town who want to come beat fratboys into submission?) and try to make fratboys into some semblance of human beings. Maybe we could even make them wear ties. It's worth a shot.
