Captain Simeon and the Space Monkeys

I was at Meijers yesterday and a mother was yelling at her kid. Apparently, the kid was called Simeon, but my first thought when she called him was that she was calling him a simian. Simeon is a good name on paper, but I don't think I would like to be mistaken for a monkey.
