This girl
This girl was my friend in elementary school, but then she got weird. I can sort of understand completely making things up and living in a fantasy world of lies when you're 12, but when you're 22, it's just ridiculous.
When she was 12, she was the U-M hockey team's towel girl and later she was dating various players. Now she's their official photographer and spends her vacations chasing tornadoes in Oklahoma. Or possibly... selling appliances and taking pictures of thunderstorms from her back porch. I don't know exactly what qualifies you as pathological, but this might be it.
