Crepes

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup flour
- dash of salt
Directions
Whisk together eggs, milk and melted butter. Whisk dry ingredients in a little at a time to create a smooth texture. Lightly oil pan. Heat over medium-high heat. Use approximately ¼ cup of batter per crepe. Pour batter into heated pan and tip the pan back and forth to cover the bottom. Crepe will start to curl up at the edges and turn golden brown when it's time to flip it. Makes about a dozen crepes.posted by srah | Tuesday, 14 July 2009 | 9:29 PM
