Apricot Cake
Ingredients
Cake
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 box apricot Jell-o
- ¾ cup apricot nectar
- ¾ cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
Glaze
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons apricot nectar (or 2 tablespoons apricot nectar and 1 tablespoon lemon juice for tartness)
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°. Grease and flour bundt pan. Mix all cake ingredients together, then pour into bundt pan. Bake approximately 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick poked into the cake comes out clean. Cool cake in pan, then put plate on top and flip. Poke holes in the cake with a fork or toothpick.
