Surimi and Avocado Salad

Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 8 ounces surimi (Crab flavor)
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- ¼ onion, sliced
- juice of ½ lime
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Shred surimi and place in bowl. Score avocado into 1 and 1 inch sections and spoon into bowl. Squeeze 1/2 lime over the mixute. Add onion slivers. Add cilantro. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir well and serve.posted by srah | Wednesday, 18 July 2007 | 11:40 AM
