Mexican Bean Dip
Ingredients
- 1 can vegetarian refried beans
- 1 avocado
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 2 cups Mexican cheese
- 8 oz pitted sliced black olives
- 1 bunch scallions
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 bag tortilla chips
Directions
Spread refried beans over the bottom of 9x9 pan. Mash avocado with lemon juice; spread in pan. Mix sour cream with taco seasoning; spread in pan. Pour cheese over pan. Spread olives over cheese.
