Mexican Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can vegetarian refried beans
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 2 cups Mexican cheese
  • 8 oz pitted sliced black olives
  • 1 bunch scallions
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 bag tortilla chips

Directions

Spread refried beans over the bottom of 9x9 pan. Mash avocado with lemon juice; spread in pan. Mix sour cream with taco seasoning; spread in pan. Pour cheese over pan. Spread olives over cheese. Spread scallions over olives. Put tomatoes on top of scallions.
