Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1½ cup milk
- ¼ cup oil
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
Directions
Beat egg, add in milk and oil. Mix in dry ingredients. The mixture will be lumpy. Pour ladles of batter into a heated frying pan over medium heat (spray it with Pam or maybe a little butter, as needed). Cook and flip.posted by srah
