Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Directions

Beat egg, add in milk and oil. Mix in dry ingredients. The mixture will be lumpy. Pour ladles of batter into a heated frying pan over medium heat (spray it with Pam or maybe a little butter, as needed). Cook and flip.
