Cheesy Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs hash browns
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion (about 1 small-medium onion)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Topping
  • 1 sandwich bag full of cornflakes, crushed
  • 1 stick melted butter

Directions

Mix main ingredients together, put into 4-qt. covered casserole dish, cover with cornflakes and pour melted butter over the top. Bake 90 minutes at 325°F.
