Seriously. I am in a titling rut. I think if I try to blog about the same subject more than once, I will have to just start adding blahs. So recently I have been thinking about how I always find these amusing videos on YouTube and I add them to my Favorites and then... that's it. If they're really really good (or I'm really desperate for content) I blog them. Or maybe I email them to people. Well, how about if I email them... TO THE WHOLE WORLD? Such is the idea behind my new side blog: This is awesome!....

This season of American Idol has been very disappointing. I probably say this every year, but this year it seems like I hate more people than I like. With any luck, Whiny Chris and Alien Phil will leave this week and we will be left with only talented people. Out of the other four (Blake, Lakisha, Jordin and Melinda) I don't really care who wins, because Blake is so much better than everyone else that he has already transcended American Idol and doesn't really need to win. So I went out East this weekend and sadly enough, I did not see Baby-Sitters, Dunder-Mifflinites or celebrities. Last week I followed a link in Dooce's links blog to a YouTubed video by New Kids on the Block. I mostly missed the New Kids train back in the late 80s. I was busy, as is my wont, listening to oldies and musicals instead of The Hip Trendy New Music The Kids Are Listening to. I did not have New Kids dolls or a New Kids sleeping bag or a New Kids Trapper Keeper. I was aware of them, and knew the tunes of their songs and all, but I didn't have <old man voice>the cable teevee</old man voice>...
