I hereby vow to donate $5 to Dubya's campaign fund if the State of the Union address begins: "My fellow Americans, the state of the union is... it sux0rs." And he has to pronounce it "sucksors" or it's a no-go. Update (21:12): Sucks to be you, Georgie! Them five bucks is gettin' spent on bubble tea!...
