Every time I walk past the building they're renovating uptown, I scrunch my eyes closed¹ and wish as hard as I can that it will be an Indian restaurant, or maybe sushi or falafel. Sure, all the rumors are that it's a third Chinese restaurant, but I keep thinking that if I wish hard enough, it will be transformed. Clap if you believe in Indian restaurants, children! ¹ This is poetic license. If I actually closed my eyes, I would get hit by a car, because the Chinese Indian restaurant is right by the corner....
