Several weeks ago, Apete told me that he was addicted to Coke and wanted to quit. So I became his personal watchdog and yelled at him whenever I saw him with some. Believe it or not, yelling is not an effective motivational tool. I think I learned this in my psychology class. Or perhaps that was electric shock. No wait, electric shocks are always good.
