Love actually is all around

Roro and her sister and brother-in-law and I went to see Love Actually yesterday. I wasn't expecting any more than a chance to stare at Alan Rickman and Colin Firth, and was pleasantly surprised. It's done quite well, actually. It's a lovely movie telling something like ten stories about all of the forms of love. I cried and laughed and laughed through my tears. I'm not sure why they released a Christmas movie this early in December, but maybe they're hoping it will gain momentum through word of mouth and be big just in time for the holiday season....
