O HAI I LIKE LISTS First off, let me clarify that I am an ABC Bakeries girl and always have been. So don't talk to me of your Trefoils and Tagalongs, O Little Brownie Bakers customers! I have studied your ways, but they are strange and foreign to me. A List of My Favorite Girl Scout Cookies... in order... of preference Cinna-spins are exempt because I haven't tried them and because they're this year's New Cookie That Will Not Be Back Next Year. Remember the time they tried to fill that spot with some cheese crackers? Yeah, I remember...

'Tis the season for lists, 'tisn't it? Last year I listed my favorite Christmas songs so this year I'll do my favorite Christmas movies. Maybe next year - if I remember - it will be books. srah's Ultimate List of the Best Christmas Movies and/or Movies That Take Place at Christmas Home Alone - I actually haven't seen this in years, but it makes the list out of some sort of loyalty to my Not-So-Secret Twin.Christmas in Connecticut - I love Barbara Stanwyck and I love Cuddles Szakall. Never mind that I can't remember exactly what happens in the movie....

I have been tagged, so I bring you: 7 Random And/Or Weird Facts About srah When I was in elementary school, our music teacher, Mr McDonald (who had an imaginary friend named "Boo-Boo McGillicuddy") was the one who introduced me to Oliver! (and therefore to my first fictional-character crush) and I have the impression that he had us sing an awful lot of Three Dog Night. I don't know if it was part of the district-mandated curriculum for elementary-level music classes, if it was in our music book, or if Mr McDonald was just a huge fan of Three Dog...

You may be interested - nay, fascinated - to learn that I have just been granted posting privileges at the humorous list-based blog lists(dq). You can all rush over there immediately to read my hilaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarious first post: Lines from The Pirates of Penzance That Would Be Funnier If The Word “duty” Were Changed to “doody” It is a very mature and thought-provoking topic, and unfortunately I am also pretty sure that it marks the apex of my career as a humorous list-maker. It will all be downhill from here, folks! Many thanks to Alfie, who laughed with me in the...

I've been tagged with this meme by ze Fraulein. It's hard to find weird things about me that I haven't blogged. Well, I think I haven't blogged about these... Every night when I get into bed, I think about arms reaching out to grab my legs. This never happened when I had the same bed at my parents' house. What's particularly stupid is that there is this huge plastic box under my bed to hold wrapping supplies and it takes up all the space where the leg-grabber would be and I can see the box sitting there even as I...
