I went to a hockey game last night because a friend had an extra ticket. The University I Work At was playing against Western Michigan, my friend's alma mater, although she's lived in Srahtown and had various connections to The University I Work at for years. So she had loyalty to both teams and I had loyalty to none at all, because although I work there, TUIWA has been battling the University of Michigan for the top of the league (and the top of the college hockey rankings altogether) all season. Becky spent the evening flipping back and forth between the Stanley Cup finals and For Love or Money, and I spent the evening walking through and screaming at the télé while my cookies baked. My thoughts on the Stanley Cup finals are that I don't care who wins as long as it isn't Anaheim. So yeah, go Devils or whatever. I don't care how good Anaheim are or how long they've been around or how long ago the movie came out - I don't want to live in a world where the Mighty Ducks win the Stanley Cup. My thoughts...
