I got my invitation to the SI Reunion today. It exhorts its recipients to: Iron your clothes!Pack your suitcase!Drive, fly or sail to Ann Arbor! What the heck? So we have to start ironing our clothes now? Thanks a lot, SI. What kind of computer nerds would we be if we showed up with our clothes ironed? How would they tell us apart from the archivists? I suppose next you'll be telling us we have to wear pants. I shall not be attending, in protest of this clothes-ironing policy. Either that or because I will be out of the country....

Tuesday is my big day for watching TV, by which I mean I actually watch TV. The only times I do this with anything approaching regularity are Sunday night's Adult Swim lineup and Tuesday (basically 7-10 because... hell, it's already on...). Usually before our big American Idol get-together, we turn on the TV for Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy!. Last night, one of the contestants on Wheel of Fortune introduced herself as an "interface architect." Pat Sajak was obviously confused by this job title but she said something along the lines of, "You know interfaces? I architect them." Hooray for...
