This is all one sentence, because I don't know how to punctuate

Just once, I would like to see a commercial where a woman gathers her friends all around her, glances at them conspiratorily, then shows off her left hand while excitedly announcing "He went to JARED!" and that this time instead of a diamond ring, she would be holding a great big Subway sandwich....

I want an elephant for a friend! I still don't understand how an elephant seems to have bought prescription medicine for the man, though. Even if the prescription was on file, how did the elephant communicate whose prescription it wanted?...
Godzilla, Paul Bunyan and a robot walk into a bar...

The worst commercial on TV right now is the one with Godzilla, Paul Bunyan and a giant robot terrorizing a city by doing the Pepto-Bismol song-and-dance routine. Can you imagine the chaos if Paul Bunyan had an attack of diarrhea in the middle of downtown? What is Paul Bunyan doing in a city, anyway? And why is he friends with Godzilla? And how does a robot get indigestion or heartburn¹? This commercial disturbs me almost as much as that freaky Burger King. Unfortunately, no one seems to have put this monstrosity² up online, so I'm not able to show it...
'And he didn't expect me to join him in this song...'

Long have I bemoaned the fact that my current favorite commercial is for a local steakhouse that I had never heard of before moving to Ohio, so I couldn't share the joy with anyone back in Michigan. But now, thanks to the power of the almighty Intarnets, I can. For some reason, that song has been in my head for about a week. It doesn't inspire me to go to Longhorn Steakhouse, but it does inspire me to think about Lou Ferrigno about forty times a day. *decapitates self*...

Who are you cheering for? I'm rooting for FedEx myself. Ah, that Burt Reynolds! Oh... there's a football game on? Well, if I have to pick a team, I'll cheer for Philadelphia. I base this decision on absolutely no knowledge of professional football and the conviction that there's something creepy about Tom Brady. Paul McCartney's halftime show is making me uncomfortable. I don't know what it is, but I feel very uneasy and on edge. It's like watching someone you know on stage - you want them to do very well, but there's this terrifying feeling that they will fail...
Go FedEx go!

I imagine that I will spend the evening watching the Super Bowl, then running into the office to work on Programming homework between the commercials. Apparently this year they have some football game or something on as filler. *shrug* Where do they get these ideas?...

If anyone missed important chunks of the Super Bowl - like the AT&T commercials or the trailer for Blade - you can watch them here....

There is something seriously wrong with this Kellogg Centre computer. It keeps making Blogger eat my posts. I don't blame you, Blogger. As I was saying, before my post was so rudely eaten, my CS professor has cancelled Monday's class and pushed the test till Tuesday so that we can watch the Super Bowl Commercials Show. He may have mentioned something about football, too. Off I go to be evaluated in Spanish....
Are you ready for some football?!

It's Super Bowl time again. For some reason, they break up the Super Bowl Commercials Show with a whole bunch of football breaks, so I usually watch it on tape in order to be able to fast-forward through them. I don't think I have blank tapes around this year, so I may be forced to watch it live. Sigh....
