I had a dream last night where I befriended a very insecure miniature horse. It was hard to win the horse over, but eventually it came to love me. Then someone brought their baby bunnies over to where we were, and just sort of dumped a box of them onto the ground so that the soft, velvety baby bunnies tumbled all over each other. My miniature horse friend took a liking to the baby bunnies and was petting them (I don't know how you pet something when you have hooves, but it made perfect sense in the dream). The bunnies...

Let it be known unto the world that Hedonist Artisan Chocolates is now selling their truffles over the Intarwebs and shipping them to places that are not Rochester, NY. I am quite sure they are delicious, because Zahra and Jennie said so. Go forth and buy! If truffles are not rabbit-shaped enough for you, then you should take a gander at these delicious little bunnies. I am told that the Lepus Corsicanus has but one desire in life: to have his head violently bitten off by me. Good bunny!...

We went to the Hillsdale County Fair today, where I was able to witness (and pet!) the Full Triumvirate of Cute: Donkeys Bunnies and wiggly jumping Dachshunds!...

Driving to Mr B------'s movie premiere on Saturday night, I saw a brownish chunk of snow in the middle of the road. It was a brownish chunk of snow like all other brownish chunks of snow that ride around and around on tires, get stuck in wheel-wells and eventually fall off. I slowed down a little to go around the curve and was very glad that I had done so when the chunk of brown snow suddenly hopped forward. I stopped the car and the chunk hopped again. I inched forward behind the little tiny bunny, who just hopped down...

Yesterday when we arrived at work, there was a bunny sitting on the lawn. "Bunny!" I exclaimed. The bunny hopped. "Bunny!" I pointed out to my father. The bunny hopped. "Bunny! Come here so I can hug you and love you forever!" I cried. The bunny took off like a shot across the lawn. Smart bunny....

12 days. At Halloween of my freshman year, I had nothing to wear. So I ran out to Felpausch at the last minute and got some white bunny ears. I dressed all in white (or light khakis) and was a bunny. Well, what do you do with bunny ears for the rest of the year? I became known on my hall for wearing my bunny ears everywhere. On the hall, around campus, to the coffee house... Ah, attention. I became identified as "The Bunny". Rabbits became my favorite animal, just because I identify with them. Hence three stuffed bunnies, sitting...

I never wrote one but Dave's bunny incites me to give it a try. I invite you to leave your own bunny haiku in his comment-thing. As for me, I say that the pancakes-Oolong makes me hungry... for which?...
