Alf - I never have an answer to the bonus question on the Monday Mission so I always relate it to Alf.  He was one of my least favorite television characters when I was growing up.

Alfie - my sister.  Nicknamed after Alf.  [www|blog]

Ann Arbor - home.

Antoine - the Frenchy downstairs, my senior year at Albion.

assistanat - my position as an English-language teaching assistant in France 2002-03.

Baldwin - Albion's cafeteria.

Becky - see Alfie.

blog - an online journal or another place for someone to post their various opinions, philosophies, or favorite links.  Also a verb, meaning to write in one's weblog.

blogger - someone who blogs; also a popular web-publishing tool.  [www]

Bob - fellow Albion alum and blogger.  [www|blog]

Boyfriend - see Alex.

Cheryl - friend from home (not to be confused with CKane, who is also a Cheryl).  Co-author of many an entertaining story.

CKane - a fellow lover of words and language and the other member of the Descriptive Grammarians' Table.

Denz - my partner in crime at the JHAC.

El Patito - see Alex.

Evil Suitemate - the psycho next door who used our towels, hairbrushes, and anything else that wasn't nailed down, my senior year at Albion.

Grenoble - the town in France where I spent the 2000-01 school year.

Incessantly Talking Girl - a girl in my Women in Art class who... talked incessantly.

ISU - International Student Union - campus organization of which I was the president my senior year at Albion.

JDay - another faithful reader of srah blah blah. A former Albion student now being kept busy reading srah's blog instead of destroying the world with pharmaceuticals.

JH - John Hannah: my favorite actor and good-natured victim of a fan site I created.  [www]

RAbid Bitch - my RA from my senior year at Albion.

RHA - Residence Halls Association.  Disastrous campus organization of which I was the secretary my senior year at Albion.

Rob - Alex's roommate, always on hand with a quote from Saturday Night Live or something equally non-sequitur-ish.

Roommate - my camarade de chambre. She has a name, but we don't use it much. [www|blog]

Sophie - my French host sister.

srah - college student by day, college student by night. Enjoys words and languages. Also enjoys reading comments to her blog *hint hint*. Is known to babble to herself in French and bemoan her impending entrance to the job-market.
