He types pretty well for having no thumbs
Dear srahFamily,
You so crazy!
I know that you just spend the whole day sleeping at your respective "jobs" and "schools". Well, that's what I do all day. Is there really anything else to do? If there is, I certainly can't think of it. But then, I do have a brain the size of a sultana*.
So since you get so much sleep during the day, there's no need for you to be horizontal all night! Therefore, I suggest a plan of Paying Attention to Howie. And by "suggest," I mean "insist on."
I don't know if you noticed, but I put my plan into action last night. I let you get about three hours of sleep in, because - hey - I know the value of a nap, even if you do sleep all day. At about 2am, I decided that was quite enough sleep for you, and that your time would be better spent staying awake and playing with me.
Wasn't it funny how I woke you all up individually at different times throughout the night by scratching at your bedroom doors to be let in, then pawing at you desperately until you concluded that you had better let me out or I was going to do something horrible on the carpet?
Here's the joke - I wasn't! Ha ha ha ha ha!
You trudged sleepily to the back door and opened it, but I wanted to stay inside where it was warm. You thought I was waking you up to let me out, but I was waking you up to play with me! Silly family! Sometimes you just don't understand.
You grumbled and yelled and swore at me under your breath, but I think deep down, you saw the humour in my little game and really had some fun playing along.
Until tomorrow night,
The Demon Dog

LOL!
Fortunately, my dog sleeps with me all night. And by sleeps with me, I mean that she takes up half the bed. UNDER the covers. With her head on the pillow. As if she were a person. So the night-time annoyances that I have to deal with are restricted to being kicked sporadically when she's dreaming.

I love the letters from Howie D and this is how we do it.
Darn. The things I miss being at school.
Also, nice inclusion of a Blackadder reference.
