Course Tools ate wouldn't let me do my homework
Have you ever used an educational course management system called Course Tools? Apparently it was developed, in large part, at the School of Information at the University of Michigan.
I am so proud that I would like to put a brick through this computer screen.
Die, Course Tools, die!!!!!

What I heard, and keep in mind this is through my cranky-old-library-staff-member channels (all the people who've been here for 30 years and seem to absorb the library rumors through infrasound or something) is that The Folks on High said "Coursetools is the way of the future. Use or lose it." And grudingly, people comply.

I was excited to see my picture up. Speaking of pictures...JK.

Cheryl: Ha ha ha ha die.
Katie: the picture was taken in Central Park in May. So my hair is no longer like that. I think that may be the Wonder Cut that I got when I was cheating on my hair-cutting lady with another hair-cutting lady. I need a haircut now, and I think I'm going to go back to the Wonder Cut lady.
What-- are you telling me that other universities use that piece of... detritus?
Oy.
Granted, my job revolves around making a good alternative to Coursetools, so I am necessarily bitter. Oooh, and the other day, I did some stuff here at work that brought the CT server to its knees. TO ITS KNEES! I was so proud.
