Begone with you

Is this movie playing near you?

It is? What are you doing reading my site? You are supposed to be at the movie theatre!

L'auberge espagnole is a lovely French film that perfectly documents the experience of studying in another country, from the linguistic mishmash that results to the relationships you make. If you have ever lived or wanted to live in another country, or if you have ever wondered about the experience, I highly recommend it.

How wonderfully ironic! Viviane has the DVD of that film in her room and she talks about it quite often now that her Erasmus experience is coming to an end. Sigh.

Oh, she's there thru Erasmus? I wish I could do Erasmus. I think I'm too educated and not European enough.

Yep, she's Erasmus all right. Most of my European friends (if not all) are. Well, aside from the Irish ones, obviously. I think it is an entirely European program, and you are, indeed, too educated by this point. Ah well. Better luck next life, eh? ;)
